House rules and booking policies for all Stayces Lifespaces properties.
Check-in
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. We try our best to accommodate guests as early as possible, but cannot promise it.
Check-out
Check-out time is strictly 12:00 noon, unless extended in writing with our team.
Guest identification
We do not allow any check-ins without valid government-issued guest IDs.
Visitors & gatherings
Strictly no visitors, get-togethers, or parties.
Substance policy
Strict action against any use of narcotic substances in any of our properties.
Cancellation
We issue a 50% refund or credit for any bookings cancelled more than 24 hours prior to check-in.
NO REFUND for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to check-in.
